Overview

As a Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce Solution Architect at Deloitte Digital, you will design and deploy integrated customer-service solutions built on Salesforce Data Cloud, aligning with Sales, Service and Commerce Clouds. You’ll own data modelling, ETL, governance, and API integration to create scalable solutions, working closely with engineering and business stakeholders. You’ll stay ahead of Salesforce ecosystem features and lead technical workshops, shaping impactful, data-driven outcomes for iconic brands. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic guidance in a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances with Sales, Service and Commerce Cloud
  • Drive end-to-end project execution including analysis, documentation, solution development, testing and performance
  • Identify data model risks and devise mitigation strategies
  • Participate in technical design and data model workshops with engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Translate technical requirements into business narratives and present to executives
  • Leverage new Salesforce features to propose efficient solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation through workshops
  • Lead client discovery sessions for Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce requirements
  • Design and integrate Agentforce AI capabilities into Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Develop data model, segmentation, architecture, and technical specs for workstreams
  • Lead development and ensure architectural integrity of solutions
  • Manage data cloud architecture and data models across large-scale deployments
  • Design Generative AI workflows for personalized content, summarisation and insights within Salesforce Trust Layer
  • Apply Agentic AI best practices for autonomous Salesforce processes across Clouds
  • Identify AI-specific data, bias, and model risks and mitigate per Salesforce guidance
  • Stay current with Salesforce AI ecosystem features and identify value opportunities
Key requirements
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant – + end-to-end implementation experience
  • Agentforce Specialist certification – + 1–2 Agentforce POCs
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Platform App Builder certification – experience with Salesforce Flows
  • Effective presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
