Manager Salesforce Systems Development

Lead Salesforce development teams at CGL while guiding complex solutions and working hybrid, with two days in the office. Use Agentic Software Development expertise daily.

As Manager, Systems Development, you will lead IT professionals delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. Your work spans integrated systems, business functions, development environments, and technology platforms. You will define standards, document processes, and provide technical direction. You will also coach team members and support their capability development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce and complex integrated system solution design
• Manage technical specialists and developers across initiatives
• Coach team members and oversee individual performance
• Guide planning, approaches, and task assignments
• Manage integration points, changes, issues, and risks

Requirements:

• Seven years of information technology experience
• Post-secondary education in information technology or computer science
• Expert Salesforce Platform Developer and Architect knowledge
• Experience with Agentic Software Development tools
• Strong people leadership and analytical consulting skills
