Overview

In this Manager role within Deloitte’s SAP Change & Training team, you will lead change and training workstreams across SAP transformation programmes. You’ll shape deliverables, manage risks, and ensure user adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll also contribute to practice development and mentor colleagues, influencing how we embed enablement within broader project plans. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on client outcomes and the firm’s transformation capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Management & Training workstreams within SAP transformation programmes
  • Develop and implement change and training strategies to drive sustainable adoption
  • Own or support sub-workstreams and ensure quality and risk management
  • Integrate change activities into broader programme plans and project workstreams
  • Apply SAP functional knowledge (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to tailor enablement solutions
  • Contribute to practice development and mentoring within the team
  • Engage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and build consensus across diverse audiences
  • Utilise and promote user adoption tools and learning technologies
Key requirements
  • Experience in SAP implementation or transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate change management activities and training programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP Activate delivery methodology
  • Experience with learning technologies and tools (e.g., WalkMe, Articulate 360, Synthesia)
  • Certifications in recognised Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ACMP) or progression towards certification
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced client environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable driving behavioural change
