Manager, Solution Architect, Acceptance & Digital

In this role you drive growth for Mastercard’s digital checkout and core acceptance solutions. You’ll bridge sales, product, and technical delivery to tailor value propositions for clients and accelerate revenue. You work across tokenization, Click to Pay, passkey authentication, and related solutions, shaping offerings to meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to communicate product value and ensure successful delivery at scale. This is a strategic, impact-driven opportunity to shape how merchants adopt Mastercard’s acceptance portfolio.

• Support Business Development and Account Management in building vertical plans and sales pipelines for digital and core acceptance solutions
• Customize value narratives for clients to highlight product benefits
• Engage with product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
• Support BD in customer discussions with deeper product insights
• Help BD teams bundle core acceptance and digital products for maximum value
• Collaborate with CSC to create processes and templates for efficient BD operations
• Establish channels to communicate product updates across the MDE team and channel feedback to product teams
• Set up structures to track progress on digital and core priorities and report KPIs to executive leadership
