Overview

In this role you will support or lead technical advisory and project work within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice. You will explain complex SAP technical issues to senior client stakeholders and Service Delivery Managers, often juggling multiple customers and priorities. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong internal and external relationships while contributing to SAP Basis, HANA administration and related cloud/OS activities. The opportunity combines hands-on SAP expertise with client-facing delivery in a fast-moving, hybrid-working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support multiple customers across diverse SAP environments and manage competing priorities
  • Explain complex technical issues to senior client stakeholders and Service Delivery Managers
  • Lead or contribute to SAP Basis activities including ABAP/Java, transports, kernel patching, system copies, and logs analysis
  • Perform HANA database administration and related SAP notes, upgrades, and patch stacks
  • Support installations, performance analysis, and cloud-related components (Cloud Connector, SAP Cloud, IAS/IAM)
  • Address SSL/TLS, routing, and network considerations for SAP systems
  • Engage in modification-free transports and solution manager tasks as part of SAP landscape maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled transformations in finance, supply chain, and IT operations

  • SAP Basis skills including ABAP and Java experience
  • Managing Transports
  • Kernel patching, host agent update, DB patching, SAP Notes, saprouter install and update
