Overview

In this Manager role at Konrad, you will lead strategy, design thinking, and technology delivery engagements for diverse clients. You’ll manage cross-functional teams and oversee full project lifecycles from inception to delivery, aligning with client needs and Konrad’s design-thinking approach. You’ll mentor junior staff, drive opportunities for business growth, and stay ahead of emerging tech trends including AI to shape impactful end-to-end experiences. This role combines client leadership, strategy, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced digital consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and design thinking engagements and define project scope, timelines, resources, and risk management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project/program vision
  • Act as day-to-day client contact to manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and solve problems independently
  • Strategize and create software solutions for multiple clients/verticals
  • Facilitate user experience design thinking workshops with clients
  • Identify and develop opportunities for business growth with existing clients
  • Guide teams to deliver elegant user experiences by understanding client challenges and goals
  • Act as a thought leader on design, technology trends, including AI
  • Mentor other team members
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills
  • Understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes across industries
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication with solid problem-solving
  • Track record of liaising with clients from diverse industries
  • History of leading multiple large and complex programs simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of design, project management processes, and technology
