Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Manager, Treasury Management & Transformation to join its global Treasury organization.
This individual will play a key role in a major Treasury and Finance transformation, with an immediate focus on leading the implementation and ongoing ownership of Kyriba. The Manager will become the internal Kyriba subject matter expert and will be responsible for the platform’s configuration, administration, integrations, automation, controls, and continued optimization.
This is a highly visible role that combines Treasury, technology, systems implementation, and project management. Following the Kyriba implementation, the position will continue to own the platform while expanding into broader Treasury responsibilities and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Kyriba
• Serve as the internal Kyriba system owner and subject matter expert
• Own system workflows, user access, bank connectivity, integrations, and data flows between Kyriba, banking partners, ERP platforms, and other financial systems
• Identify opportunities to improve Treasury automation, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency
• Lead Treasury transformation projects from planning through implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Manage external implementation and consulting partners, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality
• Partner closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, Technology, and other internal stakeholders
• Maintain the Treasury systems and continuous-improvement roadmap
• Prepare project updates, system roadmaps, and risk assessments for senior management
• Support broader Treasury responsibilities following the implementation
Qualifications
• Approximately 7–10+ years of experience across Treasury operations, Treasury technology, systems implementation, or Treasury-focused consulting
• Strong understanding of Treasury functions, including cash management, forecasting, banking structures, and related processes
• Hands-on Kyriba implementation, configuration, administration, or architecture experience strongly preferred
• Candidates with significant implementation experience across other Treasury Management Systems will also be considered
• Strong systems and transformation background
• Experience managing complex implementations and external consulting partners
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, file transfers, SWIFT, host-to-host connectivity, and financial data flows
• Experience working within a complex, multi-entity organization
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior leadership
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and taking hands-on ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Financial services, asset management, or private equity experience is attractive but not required.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of a highly visible Treasury transformation while joining a growing and sophisticated organization. The company is making substantial investments across its Finance infrastructure, including Kyriba, D365, Coupa, Workday, OneStream, Navan, and Concur.
The role offers exposure well beyond a traditional Treasury systems position, with the opportunity to build broader Treasury responsibilities after the implementation and work closely with senior leadership across the organization.
Compensation is expected to be $180,000–$200,000 base plus a 15–20% bonus, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
