Overview

In this role you shape and launch new service propositions while driving strategic growth for clients. You lead cross-functional delivery, build trusted relationships, and mentor peers within a collaborative, values-driven environment. You’ll work with defence and security clients and FTSE 100 organisations to translate insights into high-impact solutions. Responsibilities
  • Shape and launch new service propositions and drive strategic growth
  • Lead business development activities, building trusted client relationships and delivering innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with FTSE 100 clients to guide them through complex challenges
  • Support team growth through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring
  • Contribute to a values-driven, inclusive consulting culture and cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements
  • Proven experience leading architecture and development teams delivering end-to-end solutions for complex client challenges
  • Strong understanding of the defence sector with experience in banking, insurance, payments, or wealth management
  • Ability to shape and communicate architectural strategies across multiple domains (application, business, integration)
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating technical insight into business value
  • Track record in business development, including pre-sales, proposals, and client engagement
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools (e.g. UML, ArchiMate) and awareness of trends and technologies
  • Established network of senior sector stakeholders to nurture and expand client partnerships
