Managing Director M&A Advisory

Lead M&A, recapitalization, and financing mandates as Managing Director with Trusted Financial, working on-site in the Greater Toronto Metropolitan Area.

This full-time leadership role serves middle-market founders, CEOs, and business owners through complex financial inflection points. You will originate and execute strategic finance engagements while applying corporate finance, capital markets, valuation, and modeling expertise. The position combines client advisory, deal leadership, and bespoke transaction structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute M&A, recapitalization, and financing mandates
• Build and manage relationships with middle-market clients
• Lead deal teams and oversee financial modeling and analysis
• Negotiate terms with counterparties and capital providers
• Mentor junior professionals and support business development strategies

Requirements:

• Strong corporate finance and capital markets background
• Experience with M&A, recapitalization, and financing transactions
• Skills in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
• Proven advisory, negotiation, and senior communication capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA, CFA, or relevant designation preferred
