Managing Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects Lead

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and manage the commercial and financial aspects of data centre projects across the UK.

You will drive procurement, budgeting, risk management and contract administration, working with Project Managers and Operations Directors to protect margins and ensure DPI standards are met while mentoring junior staff and delivering commercially sound projects.
