Manual and Automated Test Engineer

Build manual and automated testing expertise at Island, using AI coding tools to support secure enterprise product quality. This position is with Island’s Quality Group engineering team.

As a Test Development Engineer, you will design, implement, and run test scenarios for Island’s customer-facing products. You will work with R&D engineering teams on new features and releases, while adapting testing plans to enterprise customer use cases and environments. The work also includes improving test solutions, debugging test code, and fixing product bugs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement manual and automated test scenarios
• Run tests supporting high-quality product delivery
• Collaborate with R&D engineering teams on releases
• Lead innovations that reduce testing time
• Fix bugs in test suites and customer-facing products

Requirements:

• Four or more years designing manual tests
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents
• Experience developing automation tests for enterprise products
• Creativity solving challenging requirements
• Computer science or related degree is advantageous
