In this role you will help shape the testing framework and overall QA strategy for a fintech software provider disrupting wealth management. You work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality automation across the platform and support engineers with testing approaches. The position offers exposure to financial services and asset management in a modern, AWS-based infrastructure. You will thrive in an open, collaborative culture and contribute to scaling robust testing practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks and automation
  • Design and implement the overall testing strategy with the Development Manager
  • Advise engineers on testing approaches to maintain quality across codebases
  • Collaborate to produce test specifications and ensure high standards
  • Gain exposure to financial services and asset management within a new role
