Manual Tester (Web & Mobile)

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada

HCLTech is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with developers, QA leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, test case design, execution, and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) and web‑based applications.
• Expertise in end‑to‑end testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and feature validation.
• Experience with defect tracking, bug triaging, and test result analysis.
• Experience working in distributed teams with offshore/onshore collaboration models.
• Proficiency with test and defect management tools such as Jira, TestRail, Quality Center (ALM), Bugzilla , or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
