Manufacturing Accounting Manager

This Accounting Manager leads financial functions for a high-performance consumer products designer and manufacturer. The role oversees general ledger activities, cash forecasting, credit management, and executive reporting. It also connects accounting with production, supply chain, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct general ledger, closing cycles, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Track liquidity, forecasts, cash, and bank reconciliations
• Oversee accounts receivable and credit management activities
• Troubleshoot ERP exceptions and streamline internal controls
• Coordinate audits, budgeting, taxes, royalties, and expenses

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing, assembly, or distribution accounting background
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• Manufacturing ERP and advanced Excel modeling expertise
• Knowledge of cost accounting, BOM, WIP, and revenue workflows
