Manufacturing Cost Accounting Analyst

This Financial Analyst and cost accountant monitors financial performance across North American Residential and Commercial Roofing operations. The work combines hands-on cost accounting with corporate financial planning and analysis. You will standardize tracking, identify production variances, and support multi-plant decisions using JDE ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain product standard costs across 22 manufacturing facilities
• Oversee inventory valuation, reserves, and physical inventory counts
• Audit BOM and routing configurations for accurate costing
• Maintain intercompany transfer pricing across the plant network
• Analyze margins and build plant performance KPI dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• Three to five years of manufacturing cost accounting experience
• CMA, CPA, or CFA designation highly preferred
• Hands-on JDE ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Power BI, Reports Now, and travel experience are assets
