Manufacturing Data Solutions Architect

Apply big data engineering and business knowledge as a Manufacturing Solutions Architect serving Databricks customers across Western Canada.

Within Databricks Field Engineering, this customer-facing role connects technical architecture with business outcomes throughout the sales lifecycle. You will work with architects, engineers, operations teams, account executives, and executive leadership. Your focus includes account planning, reference architectures, data pipelines, and production solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish Lakehouse architecture through technical account planning
• Build and present customer reference architectures
• Demonstrate Databricks applications for new use cases
• Prove technology across strategic customer projects
• Represent customer needs across Databricks teams

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years in presales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Experience translating business needs into technology solutions
• Data system design, presentation, and production delivery experience
• SQL and database technology fluency
• Public cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP desired
