Manufacturing Engineer - Low-Volume, High-Tech NPI

MARS Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a global science-based manufacturing client in Abingdon. You will own manufacturing processes, documentation and equipment for a low-volume, high-technology line, and lead improvement initiatives including NPI support.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and PMO to drive continuous improvement, mitigate risks, and deliver cost reductions while maintaining the highest quality and performance standards.
