Manufacturing Finance Controller

Lead financial operations for Celeros Flow Technology in Burlington, Ontario, using financial planning and analysis to guide business decisions. This is an on-site Monday to Friday position.

The Controller joins the Global Finance Leadership and Burlington Leadership teams. You will direct Canada Clyde Union finance activities, strengthen transparency, and support near-term results and long-term success. The work spans forecasting, cost controls, capital deployment, working capital, and operational financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set direction for controllership and finance activities
• Provide insights through financial planning and analysis
• Manage balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
• Report results accurately under applicable GAAP
• Coordinate audits, controls, tax, and treasury matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• 10+ years manufacturing costing and financial reporting experience
• Strong internal and external audit background
• Experience with SAP, HFM, and Microsoft Excel
• CPA or Canadian equivalent preferred
