Manufacturing Financial Analyst

Analyze manufacturing costs and production performance as a Financial Analyst with Prelco Industrial Inc. at its Belleville facility. Use Excel and ERP systems.

This Financial Analyst supports operational efficiency through cost analysis, variance review, and key performance indicator monitoring. The position requires manufacturing knowledge, cost accounting expertise, and strong communication with production and Finance stakeholders. You will prepare analyses, maintain dashboards, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production costs, variances, and manufacturing performance indicators
• Optimize product costing through calculation and monitoring
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and analytical tools
• Participate in month-end, forecasting, and budget preparation
• Connect Operations and Finance around accurate analyzed data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Three to seven years’ financial or manufacturing accounting experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and cost structures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• CPA designation or active pursuit considered an asset
