Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate

Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associates apply GMP knowledge and quality controls onsite at DECIEM’s Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke overnight. The shift runs from 11:30PM to 7:30AM.

DECIEM is hiring an associate to maintain ongoing compliance with GMP requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations. You will support manufacturing documentation and production checks for The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and other brands. The work includes D365 processes, batch records, and packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue MBPR, CBR, and logbooks as needed
• Review batch records, reconciliations, and documentation
• Prepare packaging instructions in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Process quality orders for production orders
• Perform weighing, cleanliness, and in-process checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field
• Two years’ manufacturing quality experience minimum
• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Regulatory Affairs experience
• Understanding of GMP and GDP
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
