In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of IT/OT applications for a manufacturing setting, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn requirements into robust solutions. You’ll own the lifecycle from spec to deployment and continuous improvement, while supporting factory systems to ensure uptime and quality. You will work closely with internal customers, applying C# and web technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable tools. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a small team that values initiative and knowledge sharing.

- Lead end-to-end application delivery from requirements through deployment and documentation
- Translate user issues into clear problem statements and drive timely resolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day factory system issues with minimal disruption
- Prioritise and escalate critical incidents to maintain operational continuity
- Manage workload proactively and contribute effectively within a small, collaborative team
- Deliver high-standard customer service and build trust with internal users
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and relevant regulations
- Execute tasks following defined processes and RACI, ensuring consistency and quality
- Align local solutions with wider business and IT strategies to support organisational goals
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues without formal line management responsibility

- Strong experience in C# and .NET development including Webforms, WinForms, WPF, and web services
- Hands-on IIS setup, configuration, and support
- Solid SQL Server knowledge including database design and stored procedures
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Angular
- Degree-level education
- Desirable: Microsoft Reporting Services, XML, or label printing technologies such as ZPL
- Desirable: SAP integrations (BAPI or RFC interfaces)
- Desirable: Power BI or PowerApps familiarity
- Desirable: ITIL 4 awareness
- Desirable: Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing familiarity
