Manufacturing Systems Process Specialist

Optimize MRP systems and manufacturing processes onsite in Etobicoke, using Microsoft AX to strengthen production planning and inventory control.

As Lush’s Business Process Specialist, you will support manufacturing teams through workflow optimization, capacity planning, inventory management, and labour scheduling. Reporting to the Business Process Manager, you will collaborate with finance, IT, demand planning, room managers, and product development. The purpose is to improve efficiency, transparency, throughput, and production support across the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify workflow improvements that strengthen manufacturing operations
• Design and develop Microsoft AX manufacturing routes
• Support inventory, production, labour, and workforce planning
• Provide AX capacity planning training and room support
• Update KPI reporting and implement process improvement strategies

Requirements:

• At least one year in an elevated or retail management role
• Experience with ERP, MRP, capacity planning, or inventory systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Microsoft AX
• Database setup and management proficiency
• Ability to work onsite five days weekly in Etobicoke
