Margin Services Operations Service Delivery Analyst

As a Service Delivery Analyst in the Margin Services Operations OSD team, you will help safeguard and enhance the client experience for a diverse buy-side client base. You will monitor service levels, manage client inquiries, and drive process improvements across cross-region teams. Your analysis will highlight operational gaps and support client reviews and due diligence workshops. The role offers strategic scope to shape operational delivery and support compliance initiatives in a global setting.

• Handle inbound and outbound client queries for end-to-end Margin Services activities.
• Monitor and uphold Operational Service Levels, driving escalations to resolution.
• Leverage data to provide insights to clients and identify Operating Model improvements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management and Client Service teams for service reviews and workshops.
• Build internal networks across the business to enable effective delivery.
• Support delivery of key workstreams and projects across OSD, including cross-region collaboration.
• Provide reporting, analysis, and project support to MS Operations management.
• Assist with Audit, Regulatory and Compliance deliverables and action plans.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for Town Halls and strategy sessions.
• Maintain internal resources on collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and support process simplification initiatives.
