Margin Services Operations Service Delivery - Senior Associate

As a Service Delivery Senior Associate in the Margin Services Operations (OSD) team, you enable exceptional client experience for a diverse set of buy-side derivatives clients. You will manage end-to-end client queries and maintain service levels, driving improvements in operating models. You contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support regulatory and audit deliverables, helping shape the future of Margin Services. This role offers cross-region collaboration and exposure to strategic initiatives within a global ops context.

• Manage incoming and outgoing client queries related to the end-to-end Margin Services function
• Proactively monitor and maintain Operational Service Levels, owning escalations from identification to remediation
• Utilise data to provide insights and highlight improvement areas in clients' operating models
• Partner with Relationship Management and Client Service teams for client service reviews and due diligence workshops
• Develop networks across internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-region, cross-functional workstreams
• Provide reporting, analytics, communications, and project support to MS Operations management
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables and drive action plans
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, recognition events, and strategy sessions
• Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on SharePoint
• Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify and improve operational processes
