Market Data Ordering Analyst

In this role, you will manage market data service requests within Citi’s Global Market Data Services. You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to fulfill subscriptions and profile changes while meeting SLAs. You will identify process improvements and explore automation to boost efficiency and insights. This position offers exposure to strategic market data initiatives in a global, collaborative environment. You will help ensure data accuracy and financial expense integrity, contributing to Citi’s data services strategy.

• Manage market data service queues in Optimize Spend to fulfill requests and meet SLAs
• Collaborate with external vendors, internal Business Advisors, and Procurement to clarify requirements and resolve queries
• Conduct regular vendor service and inventory reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and cost integrity
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and AI tools
• Support global Market Data strategic initiatives and cross-functional deliverables

• Experience or interest in Market Data, Financial Services, or Expense Management; prior Market Data experience preferred
• Strong IT and analytical skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to work in an SLA-driven, fast-paced environment with emphasis on precision and data accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and managing deadlines
• Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent practical experience
