Overview

In this role you will drive data quality and governance for a major ERP transformation in the retail space. You will own master data across customer, vendor, and product domains and support data migration activities to future ERP systems. You’ll collaborate across Commercial, Product, Finance, Procurement and Technology to ensure accurate, complete data and enable successful SAP/ERP deployment. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with clear impact on data integrity and transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and validate customer, vendor and product master data
  • Support ERP/SAP data migration and transformation
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies
  • Define data mappings and transformation rules
  • Support data cleansing, validation and migration testing
  • Work across Commercial, Product, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams
  • Produce reporting and track data quality issues through to resolution
Key requirements
  • Experience across Master Data, Data Analysis or Data Migration
  • Previous experience supporting SAP or ERP transformation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of data mapping, cleansing and validation
  • Experience with customer, vendor and/or product data
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
  • Retail, ecommerce, FMCG or consumer experience highly desirable
  • Experience with PLM or MDM systems previously would be beneficial
