Master Data Lead - Customer & Supplier (FTC until Dec 2027)

In this MDM Lead role, you will own governance and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data to enable accurate ERP-driven operations. You’ll partner with global process owners, IT, and external data providers to raise data quality and standardize practices. You will shape global MDM standards, monitor data quality metrics, and support business transformation initiatives. This is a chance to influence data governance across an international organisation and lead a small MDM team.

• Lead governance and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data
• Develop and embed MDM processes, standards and best practices across the business
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement data quality and process improvements
• Manage relationships and performance of third-party data service providers, ensuring SLAs are achieved
• Define and monitor data quality metrics, driving improvements where required
• Create and maintain MDM documentation, procedures and training materials
• Support business transformation projects with MDM expertise
• Provide leadership and line management to MDM Analyst(s)

• Proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or a related field
• Strong understanding of customer and supplier master data within ERP environments
• Experience developing data governance frameworks, policies and standards
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working with outsourced service providers and managing performance
• A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
