Overview

As Master Data Analyst, you will manage and curate key master data across Finance, Customer, Vendor, Material and Product domains to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role sits in a fast-paced Shared Services environment, working with stakeholders to gather data, resolve issues, and drive data governance. You will execute SOP-guided tasks within SLAs, plan mass updates and support audits and change management. You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to enable reliable business processes. Responsibilities
  • Create, update, or change master data in relevant systems following SOPs
  • Ensure data consistency across systems and verify information before syndication
  • Engage stakeholders to complete data fields and communicate status
  • Create emergency items and manage escalations
  • Plan and execute mass data update projects
  • Perform mass maintenance requests as directed
  • Liaise with data end users and support business reviews
  • Resolve data discrepancies and escalate as needed
  • Support audits and adhere to controls and policies
  • Foster collaboration and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and update the MDM Manager on progress
Key requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in Master Data teams
  • Knowledge of data types and departmental interrelationships
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA preferred
  • Knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify and escalate ad hoc issues
  • Customer/service-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
