Overview

In this role you will govern SAP master data for finished goods, materials, and customers to support production planning, costing, and reporting. You will partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to ensure accurate data setups, BOMs, and recipes across Amcell and Extrusion operations. You will lead data governance, change management, and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve reporting quality. This is a data-centric role that sits at the heart of manufacturing efficiency and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain SAP master data for finished goods, customers, and materials across Amcell and Extrusion operations
  • Process and govern MDG requests in line with approval workflows
  • Set up new finished goods with specifications, routing, and production parameters
  • Manage extrusion recipes and SKUs and maintain BOMs with forward planning and adjustments
  • Lead and control changes to finished goods and master data with robust checklists
  • Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making and waste reduction
  • Partner with Finance for weekly waste-focused analysis of top jobs
  • Maintain SOPs for all master data processes and ensure documentation up to date
  • Coordinate weekly FG review meetings and drive data standardisation and SAP utilisation
  • Act as central data liaison across Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Commercial teams
Key requirements
  • Experience with SAP in Master Data, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to manage large data volumes with high accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data discrepancies
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Production, Finance)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented, change-positive, organized with decision-making ability
