  • Mix of outpatient + inpatient MFM
  • High-risk obstetric + ultrasound coverage
  • Home night + weekend backup call
  • APP, fellow + resident support
  • Coverage through March 2027
    • Assignment Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • End: March 31, 2027
  • Outpatient: Weekdays 8am-5pm
  • Inpatient: Weekdays 6:45am-5:30pm
  • Call: Home night + L&D backup
  • Weekend coverage includes inpatient rounds + beeper call
  • Call ratio: 1:6
  • Call response: 5 minutes
  • Setting: Inpatient, outpatient + telehealth
  • Volume: 8-15 patients/shift
  • Supervision: APPs, fellows + residents
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Credentialing: 60-90 days; no temporary privileges

  • High-risk pregnancy consultations + management
  • Antepartum/postpartum rounding
  • Obstetrical ultrasound + Level II/targeted studies
  • C-sections + complicated deliveries
  • Amniocentesis + cervical cerclage
  • PIH/HELLP + pregestational/gestational diabetes
  • Maternal cardiac, pulmonary, renal + neurologic disorders
  • Multiple gestation + placenta previa/abruption
  • Instrument-assisted delivery + VBAC
    • Requirements
  • Board Certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • MFM fellowship-trained
  • Active PA license
  • High-risk obstetric + ultrasound experience
  • Ability to supervise APPs, fellows + residents
  • Weekend + night call availability
    • Compensation
  • Rates: Facility is accepting bids
  • Malpractice provided
  • Travel reimbursed
