Job Details:
- Provide fulltime locum tenens coverage starting ASAP in a clinic and call model
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Night and weekend call consists of occasional phone consults from the hospital with no on-site requirement
- Will consider two providers splitting coverage at two weeks per month each
- Expected patient encounters per shift: 20-30
- Board certification required with BLS certification required
- Wisconsin license required; WI Act 10 compliance will be allowed
- Urgent credentialing with an estimated timeframe of 30 days
- Nearest airport is CWA; lodging available at Hilton Garden Inn or Fairfield Suites
