MCX & OSS Solution Delivery Lead
Duration: 12 months expected
Location: Remote mostly but will be required in the London office occasionally
Clearance: Must hold active SC or be eligible
Rate: 500 per day inside IR35 - Umbrella only
Role overview:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes involving multiple teams, suppliers and interconnected systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end systems delivery and integration planning.
• Lead delivery of complex, multi-team technology scope from planning through to deployment and operational readiness.
• Drive end-to-end systems delivery across multiple workstreams, suppliers and business functions.
• Ensure delivery milestones, dependencies and critical paths are clearly defined and actively managed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across programme, engineering, architecture, testing, operations and business teams.
• Lead release readiness reviews and governance checkpoints.

Nice to have skills:

• Ensure delivery quality standards, testing outcomes and operational readiness criteria are met before deployment.
• Support go/no-go decisions through clear reporting of delivery status, risks and mitigation plans.
• Proactively identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Escalate delivery issues where required and drive resolution through to closure.
