About the company: A leading global technology and business consultancy is helping its client roll out a new master data management (MDM) platform that will become the single source of workforce data across core HR and operational systems.
About the role: We’re looking for a Lead Developer to take technical ownership of the integration workstream, covering joiner, mover and leaver (JML) processes and the MDM platform, from design through to go-live.
The Role:
- Lead a team of three (one Senior Integration Consultant and two Developers) while staying hands-on with complex build work
- Act as technical design authority for all interfaces, orchestrated through an Integration Hub
- Design MDM ingestion and outbound integrations, including match, merge and survivorship impacts
- Own testing, release readiness, cutover and hypercare
- MDM hubs: Profisee ideally, or Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, SAP MDG or similar
- Error handling, retry, replay, audit, reconciliation and monitoring
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years in integration development and architecture, including 3+ years as Lead Developer, technical lead or design authority
- A track record of leading a team through integration build into production alongside an MDM platform
- At least two integration programmes delivered end to end, through SIT, go-live and hypercare
- A self-starter who makes technical calls with limited direction
- Confidence presenting design decisions at steering level
The Details:
- Initial 5-month contract
- Ideally one day a week on site in Ipswich; fully remote considered for the right person
