Mechanical Engineering Technical Lead

As a Mechanical Engineering Technical Lead, you will guide engineering activities across low-complexity projects. You will apply established techniques, review deliverables, support commissioning, and coordinate in-house and outsourced disciplines. The role also includes customer communication, risk evaluation, contract support, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities across assigned project disciplines
• Approve design deliverables and review project documentation
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and site technical support
• Present technical assignments to customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Three to five years of relevant similar-role experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Ability to lead teams of fewer than ten members
