Mechanical Robotics Automation Specialist

As a Machine Group Specialist (Mechanical), you will integrate and optimize robotic systems for injection molding and automated equipment. Your work includes fabrication, troubleshooting, equipment modification, and robotic End of Arm Tooling. You will collaborate with design and programming teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install automated equipment
• Program Fanuc robots for part take-out applications
• Design and manufacture robotic End of Arm Tools
• Troubleshoot and modify existing equipment
• Coordinate contractors during installation projects

Requirements:

• Relevant Millwright, MTBI, robotics, or automation qualification
• Five years of experience in a similar role
• Mechanical fabrication and injection molding equipment knowledge
• English communication skills with trades and management
• Ability to lift or move up to 60 pounds
