Medical Biller

Charlottesville Dermatology is seeking an individual to fill our Medical Billing/Collections Specialist position as soon as possible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Building of claims
• Sending statements
• Working collections
• Posting payments
• Answering multiline phone calls as well as responding to patients with billing questions
• Maintain a HIPAA-compliant work area and adhere to HIPAA requirements in all activities

Qualifications

• Warm, outgoing, positive, and professional attitude
• EMR, ICD10 coding, and medical terminology helpful but not required
• Customer service experience required

• Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm
• Friday 8am-12pm

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
