Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist
• Full-time, permanent position
• Evening shift
• Near Oakley, Michigan

Responsibilities: • Perform chemical, hematologic, serologic, immunohematologic, microscopic, and microbiologic testing • Analyze patient specimens and generate accurate laboratory results • Receive, collect, process, and prepare specimens for testing • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation • Adhere to quality control, quality assurance, and laboratory safety standards • Support diagnostic testing used in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease • Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
Requirements: • College degree required • ASCP certification required • Prior laboratory experience preferred • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality standards
