• Request, track, and obtain medical records from healthcare providers and facilities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the retrieval process
• Communicate with clients, providers, and internal teams regarding record requests

• Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with firm procedures

Qualifications

• Experience xhqgsiq working with medical records required (law firm, healthcare, hospital, or related setting)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of work
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
