Guide Sudbury Credit Union members with financial products, relationship building, and personalized advice across Greater Sudbury locations.

As a permanent, full-time Member Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on products and services supporting members’ financial goals. You will recommend mortgages, personal loans, deposit accounts, investments, and other solutions. Lifelong learning helps ensure members receive quality advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing members
• Strengthen member relationships through ongoing financial guidance
• Identify financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Advise on mortgages, personal loans, and deposit accounts
• Recommend investments and other financial services

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years’ credit union or banking experience
• Demonstrated progression of responsibilities
• Personal Financial Planner or Certified Financial Planner designation for senior roles
• Ability to meet bondability requirements, including criminal and credit checks
