You advise on banking transactions, Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels. You offer personalized solutions, identify business opportunities, and refer specialized needs to colleagues. You also promote digital solutions while supporting transaction safety and compliance.

• Advise on banking transactions, products, services, and channels
• Promote applications and technological tools for self-service transactions
• Refer fraud cases and irregularities to appropriate partners
• Uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma in a related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Customer focus and effective communication skills
