Member Experience & Digital Solutions Specialist

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide a warm, professional Member experience and handle routine transactions. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check to cash needs in a friendly, efficient manner.

You will educate Members on digital solutions, identify opportunities to refer products, and cross-sell savings accounts, loans, and cards while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all interactions.
