Member Experience & Financial Empowerment Advisor

Desjardins Group in Canada is seeking a member/client experience advisory agent on a full-time on-site basis. You will assist members and clients with their banking transactions, promote Desjardins products, and provide personalized solutions while upholding cooperative values.

You will identify business opportunities, refer complex needs to colleagues, and stay informed about the latest standards, products and services in your field. French language required.
