Member Experience & Financial Solutions Advisor

Prospera Credit Union invites you to join our Surrey team to grow member relationships and support everyday banking needs. In this role you acquire and onboard new retail and business members, uncover needs through Financial Health Checks, and recommend banking, lending, and investment solutions.

You will manage small accounts, build a robust sales pipeline through referrals and follow-up, and support front-line and omni-channel interactions in a collaborative Advice Centre.
