Member Experience Officer — Digital Banking & Advisory

Vancity, Canada’s largest private-sector living wage employer, is seeking a Member Experience Officer to guide members in using digital services and support branch operations in Downtown Vancouver. The MEO will manage in-branch, phone, and walk-in interactions and perform basic Account Manager duties.

The role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, is full-time and permanent, with a starting hourly rate of $29.71 CAD under the collective agreement, plus incentives and benefits.
