Member Service Banking Representative

Serve Flin Flon Credit Union members on-site through accurate banking transactions, account support, and personalized financial service. Use communication skills daily.

This full-time Member Service Representative role supports members in person and by phone. You will answer account and service inquiries, maintain member accounts, and provide information about lending and investment services. The position also includes promoting suitable credit union products based on member needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members in person and by phone
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Set up and maintain member accounts accurately
• Support lending and investment services with documentation
• Maintain records and complete routine administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Computer literacy with financial software and office applications
• Accuracy handling cash, transactions, and confidential information
• Ability to work on-site in Flin Flon, MB
