MEMS Timing Applications Engineer

Work on SiTime MEMS timing solutions as an Applications Engineer, configuring programmable devices and supporting accuracy, reliability, and performance.

In this Applications Engineer role, you will configure flagship SiTime timing devices for wireless and datacenter markets. You will collaborate with system architects, validation engineers, and cross-functional teams while performing extensive laboratory work. Customized scripting supports performance optimization and automated testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SiTime flagship timing devices
• Perform laboratory work for PLL performance optimization
• Automate lab routines with Python
• Support schematic reviews, data capture, and customer debugging
• Support evaluation-board design and verification materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar
• English proficiency for professional communication and collaboration
• Experience using laboratory equipment
• Knowledge of closed-loop PLL control architecture
• Soldering and rework experience

Build application expertise around SiTime MEMS timing through device configuration, PLL optimization, Python scripting, and hands-on laboratory validation.
