MES & BI Systems Analyst

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Waterdown, Ontario is seeking a Business Systems Associate to serve as the primary interface for an internally developed MES web application.

You will elicit requirements, coordinate with developers, and guide stakeholders through the software development life cycle while expanding data visibility with Power BI dashboards. The role includes frontline MES support, backlog prioritization with the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
