MES Industrial Integration Analyst

MES and industrial integration specialists support Ignition, Kepware, OPC connectivity, and manufacturing data pathways in an office and manufacturing environment. At Magna’s Modatek Systems, this analyst plans, develops, integrates, supports, and improves manufacturing execution systems. The work connects shop-floor equipment with information systems across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Controls and Engineering, ERP, infrastructure, and data teams. You will support production reporting, traceability, APIs, SQL, dashboards, and approved IIoT initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Configure, test, deploy, maintain, and support approved MES applications Design approved data flows across PLC, OPC, Kepware, and Ignition Triage application, integration, database, network, and equipment incidents Implement manufacturing-data validation, reconciliation, and traceability controls Maintain architecture, interface, runbook, recovery, and support documentation Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience Experience with MES or industrial applications Preferred Ignition, Kepware, OPC, SQL, APIs, or reporting experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes, testing, and structured troubleshooting Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and collaboration skills Apply MES, Ignition, industrial integration, and data-quality expertise to support reliable manufacturing systems at Modatek Systems.
