MES Integration Analyst Ignition OPC

Build MES and industrial integration solutions with Ignition, Kepware, OPC, and SQL in a manufacturing environment at Magna. Support reliable production data pathways from equipment through enterprise platforms.

The MES and Industrial Integration Analyst plans, develops, integrates, supports, and improves manufacturing execution systems for Modatek Systems. You will work across Information Systems, Controls and Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, ERP, infrastructure, data, and solution providers. The work includes production reporting, traceability, testing, and structured troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support MES applications
• Support Ignition, Kepware, OPC, reporting, and traceability workflows
• Design approved data flows across industrial and enterprise systems
• Triage incidents across applications, integrations, databases, networks, and equipment
• Maintain architecture, interface, support, deployment, and recovery documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with MES or industrial applications
• Experience with Ignition, Kepware, OPC, SQL, APIs, or reporting preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, data collection, testing, and troubleshooting
• Strong documentation, communication, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
