- Themanagementofallmeterinstallations,exchanges,andremoval
- Sourcingmeterdetailsandupdatingallrelevantsystemsandensuringallappointmentsandde-appointmentsarecorrect
- Resolvinganyissuesthatmayarisefromincorrectmeterdatainatimelyandeffectivemanner
- Tomanageandremedyindustrymeterreadingrejections
- Liaisewithcustomers,meteringpartners,readingagencies,othergassuppliersandinternalstakeholderstoresolvemeteranddataqueriesinatimelyandeffectivemanner
- Tosupportthebusinesswithitssmartmeter,rolloutstrategy
- Ensuremeterreadingsareobtainedandsubmittedtotheindustrywithinaspecifiedtimeframe
